PURPOSE: A silica molded product for a metal silicon extraction is provided to maintain a lump shape from the reduction reaction within the coal heat reduction reaction by including silica with clay component, liquid adhesive, and a fixed size distribution. CONSTITUTION: A silica molded product for a metal silicon extraction comprises 3-6 weight% of clay component, 4-9 weight% of liquid phase adhesive, and 0.03-0.7mm of silica of the particle size as the rest component. The silica molded product for the metal silicon extraction comprises 7-9 weight% of clay component, 6-12 weight% of liquid phase adhesive, and 0.6-1.1mm of silica of the particle size as the rest component. The silica molded product for the metal silicon extraction comprises 12-18 weight% of clay component, 9-15 weight% of fluid adhesive, and 0.8-2.3mm of silica of the particle size as the rest component. The manufacturing method of the silica molded product for the metal silicon extraction comprises the following steps: the clay component, the liquid phase adhesive, and the silica are mixed; the density is increased by reducing the pore with pressurizing the mixture; the pressurized mixture is manufactured as the lump structure having a uniform size; and the lump structure is dried.
