<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passive infrared radiation (PIR) sensor member and a signal processing circuit regarding a digital type human body infrared receiver for receiving infrared radiation. <P>SOLUTION: The signal processing circuit is integrated in the same metal case together with the PIR sensor member. After detecting and receiving weak analog voltage signals converted from the infrared radiation by the PIR sensor member, digital processing is immediately performed by the signal processing circuit inside the same metal case, and analog signals are converted to digital signals by performing A/D conversion in a microprocessor chip. Then, all processes including a process for identifying useful signals by software incorporated in the microprocessor chip are completed inside the microprocessor chip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
