<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal aligning agent which enhances a voltage holding ratio when a liquid crystal display element is used at a high temperature and can reduce heat deterioration of the voltage holding ratio while having excellent liquid crystal aligning performance, a liquid crystal aligned film formed by using the liquid crystal aligning agent, and a liquid crystal display element including the liquid crystal aligned film. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal aligning agent contains at least one kind of compound selected from the group consisting of a polyamic acid obtained by reacting a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with a diamine, and an imidized polymer thereof. The tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride contains a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride having an aliphatic hydrocarbon group or an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, and the diamine contains a compound represented by formula (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
