<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device, which is simplified in structure while facilitating assembling operation thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The pulley device P includes a rolling bearing 2, and a pair of pulley portions 1 attached to an outer ring 22 of the rolling bearing 2 and juxtaposed in the axial direction with being oriented in opposite directions. Each of the pulley portions 1 has an annular cover portion 14 extending from the axial outer end of an inner cylindrical portion 11 to the radial inside and covering the axial outside of an annular space S between the inner ring 21 and outer ring 22 of the rolling bearing 2.
