<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air from remaining in a casing 1 while the casing 1 is filled with viscous fluid. <P>SOLUTION: Fluid passages 11, 12 are formed in blade parts 3, 4 respectively. In the liquid passages 11, 12, inner wall surfaces 11a, 12a at the side closer to an opening 1d of the casing 1 are formed into slopes inclined from the side of compartments 9b, 10b where pressure becomes high when presenting damping power, toward the side of other compartments 9a, 10a where pressure becomes low, and toward the opening 1a of the casing 1. Thus, by inclining the inner wall surfaces 11a, 12a, air 17 filling the fluid passages 11, 12 flows to the outside of the fluid passages 11, 12 along the inclination of the inner wall surfaces 11a, 12a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
