CONTROL ARRANGEMENT AND CONTROL METHOD FOR POWER CONVERTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of overvoltage or excessive torque during power generation by restricting an upper limit of a power generation voltage or a power generation torque.

SOLUTION: A control selection section 308 selects and outputs a minimum between a control output of a power generation voltage control section 306 that controls a field current so that a B-terminal voltage of a multi-phase AC generator motor meets a power generation voltage command and a control output of a power generation torque control section 307 that controls a field current on the basis of a B-terminal voltage and a rotational speed so that a power generation torque of the multi-phase AC generator motor meets a power generation torque command.
