<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrostatic capacitor element which minimizes generation of green sheet patterns and fabricates a plurality of different green sheets from one pattern of green sheets. <P>SOLUTION: A dielectric sheet and a mask having a prescribed pattern shape for applying a semiconductor to the dielectric sheet are prepared, and a green sheet with a basic pattern is fabricated on the dielectric sheet. Thereafter, an electrostatic capacitor element is manufactured by: fabricating a pattern in which the green sheet with the basic pattern is rotated, for example, by 180°, and an inverted green sheet in which the green sheet with the basic pattern is inverted; and freely laminating these, applying pressure, and sintering at a high temperature. Thus, quality control of the manufacturing processes is made easy, and also productivity can be improved with reduction in costs for investments in facilities and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
