<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for surgery, which has a small number of components, is simply structured, is easy to assemble, causes little failure, enables easy recovery even when a jaw part is broken, and is manufactured at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment tool for surgery includes: an insertion tube which can be inserted to a hole in a body cavity wall and inserted into a body cavity; a jaw member having a pair of jaw parts attached to the distal end part of the insertion tube and integrally molded so as to be energized in a normally open direction; a column integrally molded at the center part of the jaw member and positioned between the pair of jaw parts of the jaw member; an opening/closing cord supported at a support part at a part near the distal end part of the column and led to the inside from a Y-shaped groove at the distal end part of the insertion tube through through-holes formed respectively at the pair of jaw parts at the part closer to the insertion tube than the support part; and an opening/closing cord moving mechanism for moving the opening/closing cord in the direction of closing the pair of jaw parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
