<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which secures drying performance equivalent to that at normal outside air temperature without prolonging total operation time even when the outside air temperature is low. <P>SOLUTION: The dishwasher includes a heater 7 for heating washing water and drying dishes 5, a first air blowing fan 10 for exhausting steam inside a washing tank 1 to outside the dishwasher, a second air blowing fan 11 for mixing outside air into the steam exhausted to outside the dishwasher, and a temperature detecting device 13 for detecting the outside air temperature. In the dishwasher, when the outside air temperature is low, an end-point temperature for heat-rinsing is set higher than that at a normal outside air temperature, so that the time of dry operation is made shorter by a period of time almost equal to an increased period of time for heat-rinsing because of the end-point temperature set higher, an air volume of outside air mixed by the second air blowing fan 11 at stationary time is set smaller than that at an outside air temperature during normal time, an air volume of outside air mixed by the first air blowing fan 10 at stationary time is set larger, and further a power distribution ratio at intermittent power distribution operation of the heater 7 in a drying process is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
