<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with which pickling liquid-injecting work is efficiently performed. <P>SOLUTION: In an apparatus for injecting a pickling liquid, in which a placing part 5 for a raw material meat lump B is provided injection needles 3 of an injection head 1 to vertically move the injection head 1 or the placing part 5 to insert the injection needles 3 into the raw material meat lump B placed on the placing part 5 and inject the pickling liquid into the meat lump, a deformation guide case 7 for housing the raw material meat lump B is provided, and the deformation guide case 7 includes a bottom wall 7a, and regulatory sidewalls 7b and 7b which vertically stand on both sides of the bottom wall 7a and with which the raw material meat lump B contacts under pressure when swollen by injection of the pickling liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
