<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support management section side device capable of effectively supporting persons requiring a support using power of the private sector, and to provide a support system, a method, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: A support management section side device 10 causes support organization recruiting means 11 to recruit support organizations via a network. When a support organization sends a remittance to the support management section side device 10, remittance confirmation means 12 confirms it, a support is done for a support destination, and a support supply transmission instruction means 14 gives an instruction to send a set of support supplies to the support organization.
