<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system, an image forming apparatus and a paper feeder which adopts a conveying motor capable of responding to an increase of a torque is in the image forming apparatus, and which adjust the speed of the conveying motor of the image forming apparatus body and the speed of a conveying motor of an optional paper feed unit with a simple configuration, and control the conveyance of a recording material. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is provided by the image forming system in which the image forming apparatus is connected to the paper feeder that feeds a recording material to the image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus detects a parameter concerning a first driving unit that drives a first conveyer for conveying the recording material in the image forming apparatus, and gives notice of the detected parameter to a second controller. The paper feeder calculates a conveying speed of the recording material in the image forming apparatus from the parameter of which notice has been given, and controls the second driving unit that drives the second conveyer that conveys the recording material in the paper feeder according to the calculated conveying speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
