<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration method of a drain trap using a repair member which is capable of dealing with drain traps of different dimensions. <P>SOLUTION: A drain trap comprises a trap body 1 and a water-sealing member. The trap body 1 includes a drain port 2 through which waste water flows in and a discharge port 3 from which waste water is discharged and also includes a discharge opening 4 which is communicated to the discharge port 3. The water-sealing member forms a water-sealing section in combination with the trap body 1 and prevents a reverse flow from the downstream side of the drain port 2. In the drain trap, the water-sealing member is removed from the trap body 1 and while using a repair member 6 which includes a bowl member 7 and a trap section 10 provided on the bowl member 7, the bowl member 7 being formed in a bottomed tubular shape, smaller than the drain port 2 in a plane view and larger than the discharge opening 4, the discharge opening 4 is covered with the repair member 6 at an opening side of the bowl member 7, and the opening of the bowl member 7 and an inner surface of the trap body 1 are connected in a water-tight manner, thereby regenerating the broken drain trap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
