<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device and a motor control method, capable of accurately controlling a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A motor control device for generating a voltage command value from a current command value to perform feed back control by using a detection current flowing in a motor, comprises: a correction control section for setting a d-axis current command value and a q-axis current command value to zero when the motor is rotated at a fixed speed; a current control section for generating an integral value of the deviation of the current command value and the detection current; and an integral value measurement section for measuring the generated integral value. The correction control section adjusts a correction value for rotation position of the motor by adjusting so that the measured integral value becomes a value within a predetermined range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
