<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring and piping material support, which can be fixed, even in a place where the wiring and piping material support is difficult to fix due to an obstacle or the like, by adjusting the position of a through member such as a nail. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring and piping material support 100 includes a support portion 111 for supporting a wiring and piping material C; and a fixed portion 112 having a guide groove 113 to and in the through member P can be inserted and slid, the fixed portion being fixed to a structure S by inserting the through member P through the guide groove 113.
