<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a retrieval result accommodated to a type of disaster that a user confronts now, for a retrieval by a keyword related to the disaster such as "refuge". <P>SOLUTION: An information retrieval device according to the present invention: refers to disaster related keyword storage means to determine whether or not the retrieval keyword input by a user is a disaster related keyword; acquires the location of the user, and refers to administrative district geography storage means to determine the administrative district where the user exists; refers to administrative district disaster storage means to specify the disaster that the user confronts on the basis of the administrative district; and refers to disaster type refuge storage means to output a refuge corresponding to the administrative district and the disaster. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
