<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin beads welding device capable of easily welding resin beads together by simple work without using an iron. <P>SOLUTION: The resin beads welding device 10 welds together a plurality of cylindrical resin beads 11 arranged with their axes directed vertically on a plane. The resin beads welding device 10 includes a support 30 which supports the resin beads 11 from below, a heater disposed above the support 30, and an operating means 51 which moves the support 30 and the heater close to and away from each other. By operating the operating means 51, the support 30 and the heater are moved close to each other to cause the heater to come in contact with the resin beads 11.
