<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal box which easily suppresses the manufacturing cost and makes an uncured potting material less likely to flow into an attachment part of a connector member. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal box of a solar cell module includes: a contact 2 electrically connecting with an external terminal 1 of the solar cell module; a connector member 3 electrically connecting with the contact 2; and a box body 6 which includes a housing part 4 of the contact 2 and an attachment part 5 of the connector member 3 and further incudes a wall member 12 dividing the housing part 4 from the attachment part 5.
