<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery agent of noble metals in the technical field for recycling the noble metals contained in liquid, which can carry out easily separation precipitation and recovery of the noble metals from liquid containing the noble metals by a coagulation sedimentation process, and a recovery method of the noble metals from the liquid containing the noble metals. <P>SOLUTION: The noble metal recovery agent is characterized by including a phenol high molecular compound as an active ingredient.
