<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase responsiveness reaching target deceleration in braking when difference is caused between the target deceleration and actual deceleration. <P>SOLUTION: The braking force control device of a hybrid vehicle includes a brake liquid pressure generating device 1 for generating master cylinder liquid pressure applied to a wheel corresponding to braking operation, and an integrated controller 9. When the master cylinder liquid pressure is higher than the predetermined value, and the difference between the target deceleration and the actual deceleration is not less than the predetermined value, the integrated controller 9 compensates for the difference of the deceleration which runs short in the braking force by the master cylinder liquid pressure with assist braking force by the assist liquid pressure, while as to the forward and backward braking forces due to the front side allocation and rear side allocation controls to increase the front side allocation comparing with the stationary time allocation when the difference between the target deceleration and the actual deceleration is less than the predetermined value.
