<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fistula catheter that can be prevented from coming off a fistula by an inner balloon even if an outer balloon collapses by forming an internal fixed part with the inner balloon and the outer balloon. <P>SOLUTION: The fistula catheter A includes: an external fixed part 10 installed on the surface side of an abdominal wall 36 in a fistula 38; a supply tube 20 having a main cavity 21 and an auxiliary cavity 22; and the internal fixed part 30 provided on the tip side outer periphery of the supply tube 20 and expanded by the supply of a mixed solution of barium sulfate B and distilled water W from the auxiliary cavity 22. The internal fixed part 30 comprises the inner balloon 31 communicating with the auxiliary cavity 22 through injection ports 23, 24 provided in the peripheral surface of the supply tube 20, and the outer balloon 32. The injection port 24 is provided with a filter 25, and the distilled water W in the mixed solution can be filled into the outer balloon 32 from the auxiliary cavity 22 through the filter 25, while the mixed solution can be filled into the inner balloon 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
