<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and inexpensively perform demand/supply control in a power system. <P>SOLUTION: A second information processor 20 stores a relationship between output and fuel cost in each of generators 5 of a first information processor 10, and receives present output of the generators 5 of the first information processor 10. On the basis of the relationship and the received present output, the second information processor 20 calculates a predictive output of the generators 5 corresponding to power deman after a predetermined time in a power system 1, and distributes the predictive output to the generators 5 of the first information processor 10 so as to minimize the fuel cost of the generators 5 in the power system 1. Then, the second information processor 20 indicates the first information processor 10 that the second information processor 20 allows the first information processor 10 to perform a predictive control that is an output control of the distributed predictive output. The first information processor 10 performs an LFC control for its own generators 5. When receiving the indication, the first information processor 10 performs the LFC control on the basis of a difference between its own power generation capacity and the indicated distributed predictive output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
