<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming mold for a cushion pad that improves following property of a backing material to a mold surface although it is easy to set the backing material to the mold surface, eliminates the leak of a foaming material to a reverse surface side in foam molding, and contributes to improvement of working efficiency and to improvement of quality. <P>SOLUTION: The foaming mold for the cushion pad such that a sheet type backing material 8 set on a mold surface 1a for cavity formation is bonded to a pad body reverse surface 71 in one body includes a pair of thin and long members 5 cross-sectioned in an inverted L shape that have two screen parts 51 protruding from the mold surface 1a, arranged having their raised surfaces 51a opposed to each other, and are provided with inner flanges 52 extended from upper edges of both screen parts 51 toward the opposite screen parts 51 respectively, and a backing material 8 with a sheet width W to be put between both screen parts 51 in abutment with the mold surface 1a is set on the mold surface 1a by guiding and restricting both edges 81 by the screen parts 51, sliding sheet parts 82 close to both edges to the inner flanges 52, and then locking them along a length thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
