MICRO COMPONENT AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic micro component including such a micro part as to have a thickness of 0.5 mm or less, in which the growth of its crystal grains is suppressed and at least the micro part is constituted of polycrystals.

SOLUTION: When producing the micro component including the micro part having a thickness of 0.5 mm or less, the particle diameter of crystal grains after sintering is controlled to 25 μm or less. The particle diameter of the crystal grains of the micro component can be made 25 μm or less by using raw material powder whose maximum particle diameter is 25 μm or less and sintering the same in a manner of preventing the crystal grains from growing.
