<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal output circuit that can output a normal signal corresponding to an input signal, even when a portion of the circuit fails. <P>SOLUTION: The signal output circuit includes a CPU 3, a switching circuit 100, a first output terminal T1, and a second output terminal T2. The switching circuit 100 has a first switching element Q1, a second switching element Q2, and a third switching element Q3. A drain d of the first switching element Q1 is connected to a power supply Vb, a source s of the first switching element Q1 is connected to a drain d of the second switching element Q2, and a source s of the second switching element Q2 is connected to the first output terminal T1.
