<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent turn over or shift of a pad at a seat part where an accessory is attached, and to prevent degradation of appearance quality caused by the turn over or the shift of the pad. <P>SOLUTION: In the seat pad 18, a subsidiary material 22 is united to a pad backside 21, and an attachment hole 23 is opened to a pad surface 20 correspondingly to the attachment points of the accessory 30, and bored. The subsidiary material 22 remains at a portion of the attachment hole. A nearly T-shaped slit 26 is formed in the remaining attachment hole 25, and the accessory 30 is fit in the attachment hole 23 of the seat pad 18. The remaining attachment hole 25 of the subsidiary material 22 is fixedly sandwiched between the accessory 30 and the seat frame 17, and fixedly attached to the seat frame 17.
