摘要

A magnetic field transducer includes four contact regions formed in semiconductor layer, the first and the second of those are of type of conductivity same to that of semiconductor layer. The third and the fourth contact regions have type of conductivity opposite to that of the semiconductor layer, the first and the second regions form the first diagonal, and the third and the fourth regions – the second diagonal of figure in form of a square.
