A method for obtaining a functional additive provides for preparing grape seeds, obtaining an extract of polyphenol compounds and the further mixing thereof with a filler. The grape seeds are ground up to particle size of , then polyphenol compounds are extracted therefrom with an aqueous-alcohol solution at the simultaneous treatment with pulsed microwave field.
