A gasket of an anchor comprises a U-shaped closed plate with an inclined outer surface to fit to a sleeper and with an inner surface to cover the upper part of anchor, wherein on the inner surface around entire perimeter a sealing skirt is formed, and on the part of inner surface - a horizontal shelf, wherein ribs are made around entire perimeter of the plate between the outer and inner surfaces. |
