PURPOSE: A disc and a biomass inspecting device including the same are provided to include a ferromagnetic body instead of a magnet inside the disc, thereby reducing producing costs of the inspecting device. CONSTITUTION: A disc(100) comprises bio material inspection sites(120,121) and a magnetic member(130). The magnetic member includes a protrusion unit protruded in the lower side of the disc. The protrusion unit includes the bottom surface toward to the lower side of the disc and the top surface facing the bottom surface. A flange unit is formed to be parallel to the bottom surface in the circumference of the top surface.
