PURPOSE: A semiconductor package handler is provided to prevent generation of excessive pressure and pickup failure of a semiconductor package, by controlling stroke length of a collet part of a servo motor using collet part height of a plurality of collets. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor package handler(700) includes a base(100), a collet(200), a collet driving unit(300), a packing unit(400) and an unpacking unit(500). The base includes a fixing plate(110), a support column(120) and a base body(130). The fixing plate is combined to the top of the support column as being rotatable. The base body rotates as being combined to an outer circumference of the support column. The packing unit packs the semiconductor unit to a tape carrier. A fault semiconductor package is exhausted through an exhaust apparatus(204). |
