摘要 PURPOSE: An operational logic of thermal hydrolysis system for organic compounds is provided to enhance the efficiency and minimize the sludge treating process by automatically controlling several operational logic programs through PLC or microcomputer and save energy for operation using the remaining heat from a reacting bath for thermal hydrolysis. CONSTITUTION: An operational logic of thermal hydrolysis system for organic compounds comprises the following steps. A sludge supplying pump is operated to weigh the sludge moving into a sludge dehydrating apparatus and the measured sludge is moved into a hopper and the sludge supplying pump is stopped. Using the hopper pump, the measured sludge is moved into an adjusting tub from the hopper. A boiler maintains the temperature of a reacting tub and the sludge is carried out in a thermal hydrolysis step thanks to the set pressure in the reacting tub. For the efficient use of the high heat in the upper part of the reacting tub, steam in the reacting tub is moved into the adjusting tub for preheating the sludge by opening a depressurizing valve and for accepting the sludge which is already through the thermal hydrolysis step; a dissolving tub is cleaned by a pump in the dissolving tub. The sludge after thermal hydrolysis is moved to the dissolving tub by closing the depressurizing valve in the reacting tub and opening a valve in the reacting tub. Finally, the valve is closed. To move the sludge in the adjusting tub to the reacting tub, a valve in the adjusting tub is opened, a pump in the adjusting tub operates to move the sludge and the pump in the adjusting tub stops and the valve in the adjusting tub closes. The cycle is continuously repeated.
