PURPOSE: A syringe changing apparatus is provided to easily suck and administer a medicine without a change of a filter needle and an administration needle. CONSTITUTION: A syringe changing apparatus without a change of a needle comprises: a syringe body(10) which has a mounting part at the front of a syringe tube and a piston in the syringe tube; and a change device(30) which has a needle pin and a needle hub and is mounted between the syringe tube and the needle pin. The changing device connects the syringe tube and the needle pine and has a receiving part with the open upper portion.
