The low brake L/B or the high clutch H/C is arranged at a location of a downstream side of the belt type continuously-variable transmission mechanism 3, and blocks power transmission by opening it. The motor generator M/G is arranged at a location of a downstream side of the low brake L/B or the high clutch H/C, and is used for driving and regeneration.
