<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the uniform thickness of an inner liner, molded by forming ear parts on a strip, in order to improve adhesion of a carcass ply and suppress the crack growth due to the repeated bending deformation during the tire running. <P>SOLUTION: A strip 10 is made of a polymer composition and spirally wound on a cylindrical drum to form a tire inner liner. The strip 10 is composed of a polymer sheet made of a polymer composition containing ≥0.1 and ≤5 pts. of sulfur based on 100 pts. of a polymer component containing ≥5 and ≤40 mass% of a styrene-isobutylene-styrene triblock copolymer and ≥60 and ≤95 mass% of at least one kind of rubber component selected from a group comprising natural rubber, isoprene rubber, and butyl rubber. The thickness of the strip 10 body is 0.05-1.0 mm. The thickness of the ear part is thinner than the thickness of the body. The width of the ear part is 0.5-5.0 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
