<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device including a mat material which prevents deterioration in holding force, as a holding sealing material. <P>SOLUTION: The mat material contains glass fibers. The glass fiber contains 52-66 wt.% of SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, 9-26 wt.% of Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 15-27 wt.% of CaO, 0-9 wet.% of MgO, 0-4 wet.% of TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, 0-5 wet.% of ZnO, and 0-2 wet.% of Na<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O and K<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O as a sum of them, and B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is not contained substantially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
