<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a tool for looking at photographs, which achieves a purpose of looking at photographs beautifully, pleasantly, and more conveniently at a lower cost than the conventional way. <P>SOLUTION: A photograph mount base includes a photograph mount 3 that has well-designed windows 1, which are formed by penetrating an appropriate number of holes into the photograph mount 3 from the front surface to the rear surface, at suitable positions in regions to which photographs are to be attached.
