<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axle box supporting device capable of achieving an insulation structure capable of securing durability while securing electric insulation. <P>SOLUTION: The axle box supporting device 1 includes: an axle box body 3 for supporting the axle 4 of a railroad vehicle; and a pair of axle springs 5 arranged side by side holding the axle 4 between the axle box body 3 and a truck frame 10 to elastically support the truck frame 10. The axle box body 3 includes a first overhang part 12a for supporting a coil spring 17 through vibration-proof rubber 20 and an axle spring seat (lower) 18b for supporting the axle springs 5. The axle spring seat (lower) 18b has a projection part 24b projected to the lower part of the railroad vehicle, and the first overhang part 12a has an insertion hole 26 to which the projection part 24b of the axle spring seat (lower) 18b is to be inserted. On the inner peripheral surface 26a of the insertion hole 26, a bush 30, which is slidably brought into surface contact with the outer peripheral surface 24bA of the projection part 24b and insulates the axle spring seat (lower) 18b and the first overhang part 12a, is disposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
