<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radiate heat in a battery module which houses a battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: A junction box is housed in a metal shield case which houses a battery pack, and a resin case of the junction box is mounted on a bottom wall of the shield case. A fan is attached to a wall of the shield case and an exhaust port exhausting air circulated in the shield case is provided on the wall.
