INPUT SUPPORT DEVICE, PROGRAM AND PICTOGRAPH INPUT SUPPORT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a pictograph displayed by specific animation display corresponding to a specific character when a message includes the specific character.

SOLUTION: Pictographs are displayed by animation display by being associated with other characters. The association is realized when a message includes a pictograph and other characters. A transmission terminal which transmits the message displays a text of the message in a text display area A1 (a first display area) and displays a list of the pictographs in a character input area A2. A sender can input a pictograph by performing a specific operation for the pictograph displayed in the character input area A2. The transmission terminal determines whether or not there are other characters associated with the pictograph when the pictograph is input, and displays a recommendation window W2 (a second display area) when such other characters exist. The transmission terminal notifies the sender of the existence of the other characters (P2) associated with the input pictograph (P1), and urges the sender to input them.
