摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomponent arrangement unit which has a simple constitution and is easily made lightweight. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomponent arrangement unit includes an elevation mechanism 15 for microcomponents constituted by arraying and arranging a plurality of elevation means for microcomponent each comprising a shaft body having a microcomponent suction nozzle connected to a decompression mechanism at a lower end and a bearing 81 guiding elevation of the shaft body; a frame body 16 supporting and fixing the elevation mechanism; an elastic body 17 supporting shaft bodies so that top parts thereof are all at a predetermined height; a pressing device 51 arranged above the top parts of the respective shaft bodies at intervals; a pressing auxiliary member 61 enabled to be inserted into intervals between a top part of an arbitrary shaft body and a bottom surface of the pressing device; and a pressing auxiliary member driving mechanism 71 driving the pressing auxiliary member to move and position it in a horizontal direction. The bearings 81 hold the shaft bodies rotatably, and the shaft bodies are formed of hollow tubes; and the decompression mechanism includes a decompression member 30 mounted at the top parts of the shaft bodies, and having a conduit connected to a decompression source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
