<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the transfer of a vehicle which is composed of a small number of parts and has a short total length in the axial direction, and includes a switching mechanism by which a center differential, a differential limiting mechanism, a differential restriction mode, and a mechanical differential lock mode are selectively fulfilled. <P>SOLUTION: When a sleeve S is in a first position, the sleeve S engages with a member CS that rotates together with an input shaft A1 and the second rotating body P2 of a differential limiting mechanism, and the occurrence of the rotational speed difference between the member CS and the second rotating body P2 is made to be impossible, and the sleeve S does not engage with a hub H that rotates together with a second output shaft A3. As a result, a differential restriction mode is achieved. When the sleeve S is in the second position, the sleeve S engages with the member CS and the hub H, and the occurrence of the rotational speed difference between the member CS and the hub H is made to be impossible.
