<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption alarm device capable of encouraging a user to eco-friendly drive by reducing weight on board. <P>SOLUTION: A control ECU 11 determines whether or not an electronic key 30 approaches a vehicle 10 based on a wireless radio communication result between an checking ECU 12 and the electronic key 30, determines whether or not a baggage is mounted on the seat when the electronic key 30 approaches the vehicle 10 on the basis of a signal detected by a sitting sensor 16 installed in each seat, calculates baggage weight on the basis of a signal detected by a weight sensor 15 installed in each seat when there is baggage, calculates fuel consumption (fuel consumption reflecting baggage) which reflects the baggage weight according to a fuel consumption model which is previously calculated when there is no baggage in the vehicle 10, acquires a standard fuel consumption to calculate the change amount from the standard fuel consumption of the fuel consumption reflecting the baggage, and indicates the change amount on an indicator 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
