<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mold, when a plurality of moldings different in shape and volume are molded with a single master block at once and even when a plurality of unit molds are arranged in parallel and set at different temperatures, allowing the respective unit molds to be subjected to uniform mold clamping force and capable of molding the plurality of moldings different in shape and volume with a single mold formed of the master block and the unit molds. <P>SOLUTION: The injection mold includes the first unit mold 2 and the second unit mold 3, which have molding cavities, and the master block 1 having a space for containing the unit molds 2, 3. In the injection mold, heat insulation means 5 are provided on surfaces where the unit molds 2, 3 contact with each other and on surfaces where the unit molds 2, 3 contact with the master block 1. On at least one of the surfaces perpendicular to the mold clamping direction of the injection mold among the surfaces where the unit molds 2, 3 contact with the master block 1, the injection mold has a deformation canceling mechanism 14 for canceling deformation caused by elongations of the unit molds 2, 3 in the mold clamping direction by heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
