The support for rubbish bag and its base are designed with an organic style and manufactured with suitable materials, the support having an arch shape with a round finish in the lateral and central pieces thereof, the handles protruding from the lateral pieces are semi-circle-shaped in the outer portion thereof and crescent-shaped in the inner portion thereof, the handles of the rubbish bag being hung thereto for forming a practical container where wastes are stored, the inner lateral portions having a groove where a perfectly adhered magnet is arranged; the central piece, with a robust body, houses another perfectly adhered magnet in the groove of the inner walls thereof, the support having two orifices located at the end of the external portions of the same where a cylindrical-shaped pin is introduced with the purpose of joining the three pieces and achieving a foldable, open-close scissor mechanism, the positive-negative magnetism providing a hermetic close action. The support for rubbish bags is mounted on the base, which upper portion is designed with two semi-circular posts with round finish and separated one from each other; the rear portion including a central triangle with an angled reinforcement and two orifices duly separated one from each other, which allow the same to be located in any flat surface.
