PURPOSE: A riser tow device of a pulley movable marine drilling facility is provided to regularly maintain a vertical tension property of a wire rope towing a riser by compensating for declination change with a movable pulley. CONSTITUTION: A riser tow device of a pulley movable marine drilling facility comprises a riser holder(20), a movable pulley(30), a driving device, a tension control unit(50), and a wire rope(60). The movable pulley is mounted on a deck of a vessel body in order to horizontally move. The tension control unit comprises a fixing pulley(52) and a lifting unit(54) to control a wire tension. The wire rope is extended from the riser holder to the tension control unit through the movable pulley. The driving device is controlled by an electronic control unit and implements horizontal movements of the movable pulley.
