<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry cleaning device with which not only dirt of a cleaning object can be removed needless to say but also chips of a cleaning medium per se can be prevented from being residual after cleaning and the quality of a cleaning plane can be improved and which can be contributed to expansion of cleaning fields as a result. <P>SOLUTION: When an opening 18 of a housing 4 is plugged with a cleaning object 20, outside air is sucked from an inlet 24 by a suction means which is not illustrated, and a swirl airflow 30 is generated within the housing 4. Mist M generated by a mist generation means 52 is sucked from the inlet 24 and mixed with the swirl airflow 30 and becomes an air-liquid mixed flow. Particles of the mist M are interposed between a resin cleaning medium and the cleaning object 20, thereby suppressing powdery chips (residue) from being generated by friction of the cleaning medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
