<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a factor of large consumption of energy by detecting waste of calorie consumption without using qualitative information such as a building attribute. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning calorie consumption evaluation device includes: an air conditioning consumed calorie measurement part 1 measuring or calculating an air conditioning consumed calorie; an outside air enthalpy measurement part 2 measuring or calculating an outside air enthalpy; an approximate straight line calculating part 4 calculating an approximate straight line and an inflection point of an approximate curve of data when the outside air enthalpy is one axis and the air conditioning consumed calorie is the other axis; a calorie large consumption extracting part 7 extracting a state of calorie large consumption wherein an air conditioning consumed calorie is consumed more than an ideal amount on the basis of the approximate straight line or the inflection point; a calorie large consumption factor database 8 precedently storing factor information of calorie large consumption per state of calorie large consumption; and a calorie large consumption factor specifying part 9 specifying a factor of calorie large consumption on the basis of the information stored in the calorie large consumption factor database 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
