<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resistance welding equipment capable of determining a suitable period of replacement of a pair of electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: The resistance welding equipment 1 includes: a pair of electrodes 11, 13 which press welding target portions of a plurality of materials to be welded and supply a welding current to the portions to weld the materials to be welded; a measuring means 15 measuring a before-welding length H1 between the pair of electrodes 11, 13 before used for welding and an after-welding length H2 between the pair of electrodes 11, 13 after used for welding; and a calculation means 17 calculating a sinking down quantity H of the pair of electrodes 11, 13 based on the before-welding length H1 and after-welding length H2 measured by the measuring means 15. The resistance welding equipment 1 further includes an electrode replacement determining means 19 determining replacement of the pair of electrodes 11, 13 based on a past amount of over-travel Hn obtained by storing the amount of over-travel H calculated by the calculation means 17 and the latest amount of over-travel H calculated by the calculation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
