<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction assisting device simply calculating an area of a construction area requiring a construction in a broad meaning such as construction, demolition and design production of a building and estimating a quantity of work required, working hours, a cost, materials, raw materials, amounts of materials and raw materials, and types and dimensions of apparatuses required. <P>SOLUTION: The construction assisting device includes: area calculating means that calculates the area of a predetermined area of a construction object 100 on the basis of an image of the construction object 100; a first storage unit that stores peripheral information of the construction object 100; a second storage unit that stores construction elements that are elements required for the construction of the construction object 100; and calculating means that calculates construction characteristics of the construction object 100 on the basis of at least the area of the predetermined area, the peripheral information, and two or more construction elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
